When will my order be shipped?
Your order will usually be sent between 1 and 2 days (exceptions may occur). You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped. (Exceptions if we are waiting for more inventory if you have ordered several items and one is an advance order or is not in stock)

Where are the products sent from?

FROM ONE TO FIFTY PARTNERS WITH WORLD TRADERS TO OFFER YOU THE BEST PRICES AND A WORLDWIDE EXPERIENCE OF GLOBAL PURCHASES. This means that part of your order can be shipped from global areas such as United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Spain or Morocco.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes...you always receive an email with the tracking details when your package has been shipped (also check your spam folder if you can not find it). Although most of the time it will (few exceptions, but do not worry, you will ALWAYS receive your product)

What are shipping rates and policies?

We are now offering FREE global shipping on all orders. After the promotion, the shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your package and its location. To obtain an exact quote, place the desired items in your cart and proceed to payment (do not worry, you will not be charged): enter your location to see how much the shipment would cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do international shipments. Be sure to enter your full international address in English characters. Do not forget the zip code!

I made an error in my order, how do I solve it?

If your order has not yet been sent, send us an email directly to thearganoilshop@gaizkahotdeals.com

I would like to cancel my order!

You can do it in the next 6 hours after payment by sending an email to thearganoilshop@gaizkahotdeals.com along with your order number and the intention to cancel. We will reimburse you as soon as possible.

I accidentally indicated the wrong shipping address!

If you detect this error quickly, and we have not yet sent your order, contact us with your order number and the correct postal address. We will make the change on our part and send it to your new address. If we already send your order to the wrong address you accidentally provided, we will have to wait for the order to be returned and you will have to pay for the return of the item to your new address. In any case, send us an email with the information of your order and a new address.

Where is my package? The tracking information has not been updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?

Unfortunately, we only see the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 5 days to clear customs. If the tracking information was last removed from the warehouse and has not been updated recently, it is more than likely to continue its way abroad. Once you arrive at that next destination abroad, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will be updated. If more than 5 weeks have passed since the last update, inform us and we can try to send your order again.

I paid for the shipment of my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it.
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and, unfortunately, we have no control over them.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe?

The payment process uses PayPal, one of the most reliable online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, our store has all the same values and protection against payment fraud as PayPal.com. Before entering your personal credit card information, it will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
